The Vera Cruz Halloween Parade: This is one of the last undiscovered secrets of the Lehigh Valley! Imagine a parade that doubles back or turns around on itself three times before ending! There is no way to miss your favorite part!

Our parade is made up strictly of local folks from the Vera Cruz, Emmaus, and greater Lehigh Valley area. There are no street vendors, or T.V. cameras or any of that kind of thing . . . just local folks and neighbors out to enjoy a good old-fashioned parade.

There are awards and cash prizes for all who march or participate in the parade. The event is traditionally scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday in October and starts staging at 6:00pm at Mystic Chain Park, which is located at 3984 Main Road West, Vera Cruz (Emmaus). The parade steps off at 7:00pm sharp!

The Vera Cruz Community Association meets the second Thursday of every month at the Citizen Fire Company's Social Quarters, located on Main Road West, in Vera Cruz - right across the street from the main building for the Fire Co.

Meetings are at 7:30pm and we welcome folks to stop by and sit in on a meeting just to see what it's all about! Looking for a meaningful way to give back to the community without giving up too much? If so, the Vera Cruz Community Association would love to have you aboard! You can contact us by writing us at: the Vera Cruz Community Association, P.O. Box #102, Emmaus PA 18049.

The Vera Cruz Community Association would like offer there thanks and praise to our friends at the Vera Cruz Citizen’s Fire Company, the Ladies Auxiliary, the Senior Citizen's Assoc., Mystic Chain Park, Upper Milford Township Supervisors and Staff, without your help – we would not be able to share these events with the community. Thank-you all!
